Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Handle food items with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed.
- Support menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in catering events as needed, helping to set up and break down service areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or as a prep cook in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus, enabling better meal preparation for specific dietary needs.
- Strong knife skills for efficient food preparation.
