Fabel Repair in Waupaca is looking for an Experienced Heavy Duty Truck Parts Specialist to join our growing Waupaca team.

What You'll Do
- Assist technicians and customers with heavy-duty truck parts inquiries
- Identify, source, and order parts for Class 6-8 trucks, trailers, and diesel equipment
- Research OEM and aftermarket parts to ensure accurate ordering
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory using computerized parts management systems
- Process cores, warranties, and vendor returns
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and efficient
- Research specialty or hard-to-find parts when needed
- Support overall shop operations and help minimize technician downtime
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a heavy-duty truck parts department is required
- Knowledge of diesel truck systems and components
- Experience identifying OEM and aftermarket truck parts
- Familiarity with Class 6-8 trucks and trailers
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic parts lookup systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

Pay
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
