The Housekeeper reports to the Housekeeping Manager and plays a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Clean guest rooms as assigned, including but not limited to: making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, and vacuuming

Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed

Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned

Stock and maintain housekeeping cart daily

Dispose of trash and recyclables properly

Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

Complete maintenance work orders and submit to leadership promptly

Maintain prompt and regular attendance

Hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day

Must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week for part-time status

Schedules may vary based on business demands

Associates may be required to work shifts outside of their preferred schedule, including overtime as needed

Follow all hotel and department uniform, grooming, and professional behavior standards

Review and approve electronic timecard weekly for accuracy

Carry out all reasonable requests from leadership within your capabilities
