What You'll Be Doing

Treat pediatric patients in their homes

Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist

Track progress toward functional goals

Complete timely clinical documentation

Coach caregivers on strategies that encourage continued progress between visits

Maintain professional communication with families and teammates

Requirements

Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license

Current CPR certification

Article 9 certification

Reliable transportation
