**Job Summary:** We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dancers to join our teaching team. The ideal candidate will have a background in dance, childhood development and experience working with students of various ages. As an Assistant Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for helping to provide engaging and educational dance classes to students.
**Responsibilities:** - Help to introduce age-appropriate dance curriculum - Assist the lead dance Instructor with students on proper dance techniques and routines - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement - Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan events and recitals
**Skills:** - Strong background in dance - Experience working with children and adults - Knowledge of childhood development principles - Classroom management skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles - Experience in preschool or special education is a plus - Creative arts background beneficial.
