This position is also sometimes called a team leader, or shift supervisor and will direct and train team and crew members.

The Shift Manager will display exemplary professional and positive attitudes at all times. The Shift Manager is expected to perform all restaurant tasks and regularly help expedite food orders to ensure the delivery of outstanding guest service. Shift managers assist the assistant and general managers in meeting Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation.
Requirements:
- Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant. (Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours)
- Assist in counting out cash registers.
- Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product.
- Expedite food for guests.
- Follow directions of management.
- Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Comply with state and federal laws governing safety and food handling.
