We're looking for a Dive Supervisor who can take the lead. You'll be in charge of planning and executing all daily diving operations, with a focus on team safety and development. To ensure your success, you will step into this role as a "Supervisor in Training," completing a comprehensive supervisor training program before jumping fully into the job.

What You'll Do

Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of divers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Comprehensive Training: Complete our hands-on supervisor in training program to fully master Midco's safety standards, operational protocols, and leadership expectations before leading independent field operations.

Safety First: Enforce rigorous safety protocols, including conducting daily safety meetings to address site-specific hazards.

Operational Excellence: Plan and execute all daily diving operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet our high standards.

Quality Control: Uphold company standards for all customer projects, including cleaning, inspection, repair, and reporting.

Communication: Maintain effective communication with your team, upper management, and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Administrative Management: Complete daily paperwork, including logs, reports, and work orders, accurately and on time.

Travel and Adaptability: Be prepared for extensive year-round travel and to work in various climates and demanding conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
What We're Looking For
-
1+ years of potable diving experience

High School Diploma or GED
-
Commercial Dive School Diploma
-
ADCI Dive Physical (completed within the last year)

CPR/First Aid certifications
-
Current ADCI Diver Card
-
Valid driver's license
-
Proven ability to manage a team and follow direction from management

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
