Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain high performance standards.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
- Coordinate project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and progress updates.
- Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure scope clarity and contractual compliance.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and management teams for seamless project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as Forma Build, ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and collaboration purposes.
- Lead safety meetings in accordance with federal construction safety regulations and enforce strict adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Supervise the review of construction drawings and technical documents to ensure accuracy before implementation.
- Oversee construction schedule coordination across multiple trades to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for commercial construction projects.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site management in commercial
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera P3, HeavyBid, Bluebeam Revu, ProCore or comparable construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of contracts law related to construction projects and ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Proven track record supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent crew management skills.
- Deep understanding of OSHA regulations and federal safety standards for construction sites.
- Skilled in project scheduling, budget management, quality control processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Experience managing large-scale pipeline or infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Ability to operate measurement tools such as ohmmeters when required for electrical inspections or troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of construction regulations specific to heavy civil or commercial sectors is highly desirable.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
