About Us
Senior Sidekick is a small, personal care company — not a big agency. We work one-on-one with older adults in their homes and take the time to actually know the people we serve.
Pay & Schedule
- Per-task pay structure — you are paid for each task or visit completed
- Pay is daily — you receive payment the same day you work
- Flexible scheduling — shifts are arranged around your availability
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Companionship and genuine engagement with clients
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
- Being a reliable, steady presence for clients and their families
Requirements
- Active CNA license OR documented HHA experience required
- Prior home health or assisted living experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Memory care or dementia experience is a plus
- A genuine care for older adults — this matters most
