We are seeking experienced Commercial/Industrial Fence Installers to join our growing team. This is not residential fence work — our projects include security fencing, chain link, ornamental steel, crash-rated systems, and large-scale industrial installations.
Responsibilities
- Layout and install commercial/industrial fencing systems (chain link, steel, security fence, gates)
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specs
- Measure, mark, and establish fence lines
- Dig post holes, set posts, and pour concrete
- Install rails, panels, fabric, barbed wire, and gates
- Operate equipment (augers, skid steers, lifts, etc.)
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specs
- Work with foreman, GC, and site teams to stay on schedule
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Experience in commercial or industrial fencing (preferred)
- Experience with:
- Chain link (including stretching)
- Steel/ornamental fencing
- Gates (swing/slide)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- OSHA knowledge / safety-first mindset

We are looking for hard working, honest & reliable new field fence installers. Starting hourly wage is a starting point, and will only increase.
