Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Must commit to minimum 20hrs per week.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment methods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain new product and getting it out onto the sales floor
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Communication between management and staff
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience required
- Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
