We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable PTA to join our physical therapy team. The ideal candidate must be organized, punctual, able to multitask, and work well with both patients and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities under supervision to promote healing and improve function
- Monitor patient progress, document responses to treatments, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, safety precautions, and home care strategies to support ongoing recovery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and smooth clinic operations
Qualifications
- Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in accordance with state regulations
- Proven experience assisting with physical therapy treatments in a clinical setting is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation modalities
- Excellent communication skills to motivate patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks required for patient care
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation and record keeping
- A positive attitude combined with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals
