Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Eagle Point, Oregon (In Office)

Hours
- Part-time to start
- Additional hours available during tax season (January–April)
- Potential for a full-time position in the future
- Schedule to be established with the selected candidate
Compensation
- Compensation is based on education, experience, and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule client appointments
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Organize and maintain client files and documentation
- Scan, upload, and manage electronic documents
- Follow up with clients regarding missing information and signatures
- Assist with invoicing and client billing
- Perform data entry and light bookkeeping duties
- Order office supplies and maintain office organization
- Assist with administrative projects and tax season workflows
- Provide general support as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Previous administrative or office management experience
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all client and company information
