AdamsBickel is an award-winning general contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial, institutional, and multifamily residential projects. We’re looking for a hands-on Carpenter Foreman / Superintendent who leads by example, communicates clearly, and keeps projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of day-to-day jobsite operations while working alongside crews as needed
- Coordinate specialty contractors, field staff, and deliveries to keep work flowing smoothly
- Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with field progress
- Serve as the key point of communication between the field and internal project team
- Read and interpret construction documents to guide field execution and solve problems
- Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and daily coordination with trades
- Maintain organized jobsite documentation including daily logs, schedules, and reports
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Enforce safety protocols in line with OSHA and company standards
- Identify issues early and communicate proactively to avoid delays
- Assist in the installation of temporary facilities, temporary protection, minor rough and finish carpentry scopes of work
- Assist in the generation and completion of minor punch list items
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Procore experience preferred
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid driver’s license
