Cater 2 Kids is a premier interdisciplinary therapeutic center nestled in the heart of Sturbridge. As a leading provider of pediatric services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care through our interdisciplinary approach to therapy, with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language services all under one roof.
We are currently expanding our ABA department and seeking passionate, dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. At Cater 2 Kids, we believe in creating a supportive, engaging environment where both our clients and staff can thrive.
Position Summary:
The BT/RBT will work directly with children implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs as designed by BCBAs
- Collect accurate data on client behaviors and progress
- Document session notes and maintain client records
- Collaborate with other therapeutic professionals (Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, etc.)
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Daily session reports to parents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Experience in a center-based setting
Schedule and Benefits:
