Position Summary
Sparkle Squad of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Manager to help grow our commercial and residential customer base throughout Northwest Arkansas.
This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing lasting client relationships, and promoting Sparkle Squad's industry-leading exterior cleaning and lighting services. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, comfortable prospecting, and passionate about helping customers improve and maintain their properties.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
· Prospect and develop new commercial and residential business opportunities.
· Generate qualified sales leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
· Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers.
· Maintain an active sales pipeline using the company CRM.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, facility managers, and commercial decision makers.
· Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
· Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Sales & Revenue Growth
· Present and sell Sparkle Squad's complete portfolio of services including Commercial Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Soft Washing, Holiday Lighting, Permanent Lighting Installations, and Residential Exterior Cleaning Services.
· Prepare and communicate service recommendations.
· Follow up on quotes and opportunities to maximize close rates.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Compensation is commission based and hitting stated goals will result in quarterly and annual bonuses.
CRM & Administrative Responsibilities
· Accurately document customer interactions within the CRM system.
· Record qualified leads, customer contact information, and opportunity status.
· Maintain organized sales records and activity reports.
· Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless project execution.
Training & Professional Development
· Participate in sales training and onboarding programs.
· Complete field training with technicians and experienced sales professionals.
· Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

· Knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas market.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bentonville, AR 72712
