We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Create worship guide for services, update social media programs for church activities
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software for correspondence and documentation
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Support customer service efforts by providing timely support and information to clients and visitors
- Handle administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing files
- Support office management activities to ensure a productive work environment
- Maintain organization of office supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office setting with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, calendar management, and bookkeeping is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated customer service experience with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Office management or personal assistant experience is desirable
- High level of attention to detail with proofreading capabilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

Pay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
