About the Opportunity
ServCorp is seeking a qualified Program Manager for a potential Supply Chain Optimization Support (SCOS) opportunity supporting the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Logistics Center (ALC), Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD).
Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL / Fort Bliss, TX
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Position Summary
The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, operational oversight, personnel management, and contract execution support for a complex Army supply chain and logistics operation.
This position will coordinate contractor personnel and activities supporting supply chain management, logistics, inventory, warehouse, distribution, transportation, analytics, process improvement, and related operational requirements.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing U.S. Army or Department of Defense logistics operations, working with Government customers, and leading teams in a structured military or Government environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide overall management and operational oversight of contractor personnel supporting the SCOS requirement.
- Coordinate daily supply chain, logistics, warehouse, inventory, distribution, and analytical activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for operational coordination with Government representatives.
- Manage staffing, workload assignments, schedules, performance, and personnel requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, quality, deliverables, and applicable performance metrics.
- Coordinate forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, and logistics activities.
- Oversee development and implementation of Contractor Standard Operating Procedures (CSOPs).
- Support quality control and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Review operational data and reports and develop recommendations for improving efficiency and performance.
- Support Government Furnished Property (GFP) accountability, inventories, audits, and reporting.
- Coordinate personnel training, certifications, Government access, and onboarding requirements.
- Prepare and/or oversee preparation of reports, briefings, presentations, correspondence, and other contract deliverables.
- Identify operational risks and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Government personnel, subcontractors, and internal management to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure contractor personnel comply with applicable Army, DoD, Government, safety, security, and contract requirements.
- Participate in Government meetings, working groups, reviews, and performance discussions.
- Perform additional program and operational management duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience preferred, with demonstrated experience sufficient to perform the responsibilities of the position.
- Demonstrated experience managing personnel and operational activities in a U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or Government environment.
- Experience with supply chain management, logistics operations, inventory management, warehouse operations, distribution, or related functions.
- Experience working directly with Government or military customers and stakeholders.
- Experience monitoring operational performance, developing reports, and implementing process improvements.
- Experience developing or managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality-control processes, or operational procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Government representatives, management, and operational personnel.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required Government installation access, background screening, security clearance, and system access requirements.
- Familiarity with Army logistics systems, including GCSS-Army, STAMIS, and/or LMP, is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- U.S. Army or DoD logistics management experience.
- Experience managing Government contracts or contractor personnel.
- Experience with Army inventory management and property accountability.
- Experience with GCSS-Army, STAMIS, LMP, APAS, i3Log, or related Army logistics systems.
- Experience developing performance metrics, management reports, and briefings.
- Experience supporting AMCOM, Army Aviation, or other Army logistics organizations.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Position is primarily performed on-site at the applicable Government installation.
- Travel may be required to fulfill contract requirements and will be subject to applicable Government approval and contract requirements.

Security Requirements
The SCOS requirement includes Government security requirements. Contractor personnel may be required to maintain a SECRET-level security clearance, and Government-designated key positions may require a Tier 3 investigation and security clearance.
Personnel requiring access to Army/DoD information systems must also satisfy applicable background investigation and access requirements.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
