PalmLeaf Massage & Wellness is conveniently located on Dundee Road in Buffalo Grove, and we're looking for friendly, skilled, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapists to join our supportive team.

What You'll Do
- Provide customized therapeutic massage sessions based on each client's needs
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes
- Educate clients on post-session self-care and wellness recommendations
- Work collaboratively in a warm, respectful, team-oriented environment
Preferred (Not Required) Modalities
We're seeking Massage Therapists with experience in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Clinical/Medical Massage, Manual Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, or other therapeutic modalities. A willingness to continue learning and expanding your skills is highly valued.

Requirements
- Current Illinois Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Current professional liability insurance (AMTA, ABMP, Massage Magazine Insurance Plus, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional client care
Employee Status & Compensation
This is a W-2 employee position. Compensation is commission-based per session, with commission rates determined by your experience, skills, and therapeutic expertise, plus 100% of your client tips.

Schedule
We're open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM and offer flexible scheduling based on your availability, treatment room availability, and client demand. Schedules may include morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Since evenings and weekends are our busiest appointment times, applicants should be available to work a combination of shifts, including at least one weekend shift per month (Saturday or Sunday). These high-demand hours also provide the greatest opportunity to maximize your earnings.
