Overview
Regency Global Sourcing is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join their customer service team. Members of this group are responsible for assisting our corporate and consumer customers, by providing them with product information and specifications, order and quote processing, status updates to orders in progress, and post-sales support. Tasks may overlap with members of the marketing and operations teams and include getting new products loaded for online sales and maintaining product information in our systems.
The ideal candidate has the ability to work, communicate, and collaborate within and between a variety of departments, and with external partners in both written and verbal formats.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution
- Process orders, quotes, import and export of order related information
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and status updates on orders
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction)
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services
Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service experience required
- Experience with Microsoft GP, Zendesk, and TrueCommerce are a plus
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, while staying organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Assist with office upkeep activities including handling incoming and outgoing mail, digital organization and storage of weekly shipping documents, etc.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
