Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting our dietary department and ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared, served, and maintained in a safe and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, with a focus on food production and preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals, including food handling and food safety practices
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Help with food production and presentation
- Support the dietary team with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Follow dietary guidelines and menus to ensure patient satisfaction and nutrition needs are met
- Assist with bussing and cleaning up after meals
- Keep up-to-date with dietary guidelines and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive dining experience
Skills:
