We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Accurately pick orders based on customer specifications and packing lists.
- Utilize handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with restocking as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina for lifting and moving products throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for using inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures diligently.
