CNC Mill Operator
Department: Manufacturing / Operations
Reports To: Manufacturing Supervisor / Plant Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (unless otherwise designated)
Position Summary
Safely operate CNC milling machines to manufacture components according to established work instructions and quality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling equipment
- Load/unload parts
- Perform inspections
- Record production and quality information
- Escalate concerns appropriately
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred

- Produce quality parts consistently
CNC Lathe Operator
Department: Manufacturing / Operations
Reports To: Manufacturing Supervisor / Plant Manager

Position Summary
Operate CNC turning equipment according to setup instructions and production schedules.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes
- Monitor production
- Inspect parts
- Record production data

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
