Job description:
- 0.6 to 0.8 FTE
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Location: Portland, OR (Tualatin & McMinnville) or Tri-Cities, WA

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
○ Modified barium swallows performed in conjunction with the speech pathologist.
○ Esophagrams, Upper GIs, and small bowel follow-through, enemas, G-tube injections
○ Joint injections (hip, knee, shoulder, wrist, ankle).
○ Lumbar punctures and myelograms
○ Hysterosalpingograms
○ Sniff Tests
- Ultrasound guided procedures
○ Paracentesis
○ Thoracentesis
○ Thyroid FNA.
○ Lymph Node FNA
○ SI injections
- Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, workshops, and medical literature
- Continued growth and expansion of services
- Maintains departmental policies and procedures, quality assurance programs, safety, environmental, and infection control standards
Preferred Qualifications
- One to three years of experience working as a PA with prior surgical or procedural experience preferred
- Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Physician Assistant theory and practice
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of PA program, PA-C preferred
- REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: Current Oregon or Washington PA license or ability to obtain within three months of hiring date
- Complete and pass the ARRT fluoroscopy education program (performed upon hiring if not already obtained)
- Obtain the Limited Fluoroscopy Permit through the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (completed upon hiring if not already obtained)
