Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing tools such as Workday, Lever, iCIMS, and other ATS platforms.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles, including technical positions, executive roles, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on employment law, contracts, and employee relations.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize social media management tools and HRIS systems like Salesforce, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and PeopleSoft to source candidates and track recruitment metrics.
- Oversee employer branding efforts through cold calling campaigns, research initiatives, and social media outreach to generate candidate leads.
- Support succession planning and training & development programs by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources with a focus on recruiting strategies across multiple channels including internal sourcing and external outreach.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS systems like Workday or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and sales-driven candidate generation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships through relationship management skills and research-driven sourcing methods. Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
