Field Service
Qualifications:
Capable of troubleshooting problems, performing preventative maintenance, and resolving service calls
Excel in customer support and communication
Assist with installation of equipment
Load and unload materials
Competent in reading blueprints
Preplan the following day to ensure needed materials are present to get the work accomplished
Desire to learn through online courses as well as hands-on experience
Ensure that work is completed correctly, timely, and safely
Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to travel, stay overnight, and adjust schedule due to business needs
Lead Installer
Qualifications:
Take responsibility for layout, bolt down and termination of lane control devices
Capable of implementing solutions to problems that arise
Competent in reading blueprints and becoming familiar with projects
Trouble shoot equipment malfunctions
Communicate with the Project Coordinator to know when and what materials are being sent to the job site
Preplan the following day so the team has needed materials to get the work accomplished
Ensure that work is completed correctly, timely, and safely
Have knowledge of power tools needed for installation
Desire to learn through online courses as well as hands-on experience
Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to travel, stay overnight, and adjust schedule due to business needs
