BOUNDARY BAY VETERINARY SPECIALTY HOSPITAL is looking for a VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST to join our growing team. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a positive, supportive client experience that aligns with the hospital’s vision of expertise you can trust, doing it right, and recognizing that moments matter. CSRs serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing compassionate, professional, and efficient communication while supporting hospital operations and overall workflow.

· Has experience in either customer service, veterinary practice, or reception.

· Is well-spoken and practices emotional maturity in decision making
· Understands the importance of the receptionists role in a successful business
THE JOB ENTAILS (but not limited to):
· Answering a multi line phone system
· Assisting clients over the phone
· Greeting and admitting clients and their pets
· Communicating clearly with the Veterinarians and support staff
· Compiling medical records accurately
· Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic
· Assisting clients experiencing intense emotional situations
· Discussing financial options and navigating complex situations
HOURS OF POSITION:
Monday through Friday availability
Weekends OFF
May offer 8 hour shifts 5 days a week or 10 hour shifts 4 days a week

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
