We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities and fostering their independence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Support individuals in medication administration as per guidelines
- Engage individuals in social activities and community outings
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals
- Implement care plans and document individual progress
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
