Overview
Join our growing team as a Home Service Technician, where you'll provide professional exterior cleaning and maintenance services directly to homeowners. This hands-on role includes services such as house washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and IPE wood restoration.

Responsibilities
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning services including house washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and related home maintenance services
- Safely operate ladders, pressure washers, water-fed poles, pumps, hoses, and other cleaning equipment
- Arrive at job sites on time and maintain a professional appearance and attitude with customers
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding services being performed and answer basic questions when needed
- Inspect properties before and after service to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
- Protect customer property, landscaping, and outdoor furniture while performing work
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain awareness of job site hazards
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition
- Load and unload equipment and supplies each day
- Document completed work and report any issues or customer concerns to management
- Assist with additional exterior maintenance services as needed
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders or roofs when necessary
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong communication skills to explain services clearly and professionally to customers.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols meticulously.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
