We are seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing team supporting the design, engineering, and construction of highly specialized controlled environments and cleanroom systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction-minded engineer or project professional who enjoys being involved in the details of a project—from engineering and procurement through construction, documentation, and final completion.
The Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients to keep projects organized, on schedule, within budget, and built to specification.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning, engineering/design reviews, and construction activities
- Manage project documentation, reporting, RFIs, and submittals
- Assist with cost tracking, budgeting, procurement, and material/equipment takeoffs
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Support quality and safety planning and ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor schedules, identify potential delays and risks, and develop solutions
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to management
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and efficiency
- Travel to project sites as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of construction management, project engineering, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
