Core Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Guide clients through showings, pricing strategy, negotiations, and contracts
- Maintain accurate records and transaction documentation
- Stay informed on local market conditions, pricing trends, and inventory
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients throughout the process
- Work within brokerage systems and established best practices
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional service
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas real estate license or currently enrolled in licensing courses
- Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
- Commitment to client service, ethics, and accountability
- Willingness to learn, follow proven systems, and grow within a team environment
- Local knowledge of Longview Texas and surrounding East Texas communities preferred
