ZiggyZooms is a community-focused transportation service dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and efficient rides across the Bowling Green, Ohio community. With a focus on late-night and weekend hours, we’re looking for reliable, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join us as Drivers and Dispatchers to keep us moving!

By applying for this role, you can be considered for a position as a Driver, a Dispatcher, or both, it's your choice! Drivers will need a reliable vehicle, but our Dispatcher role does not require personal transportation, as we can provide it in-town.
Driver Summary:
As a ZiggyZooms Driver, you are the core of our company. You’ll safely transport passengers to their destinations while providing exceptional customer service.
Driver Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate vehicles to transport passengers throughout the Bowling Green area.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle environment.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to all passengers.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and management to ensure smooth operations.
Driver Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Safe driving skills
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and GPS navigation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work late on some weekend nights.
- Knowledge of the Bowling Green area is a major plus, but not required!
- If hired, you will need to acquire ride-share insurance. We will help you get this!
Dispatcher Summary:
As a ZiggyZooms Dispatcher, you have a unique position, both helping customers and ensuring fluid operations behind the scenes. You will manage incoming ride requests, coordinate with drivers, and troubleshoot issues in real-time to ensure rider satisfaction.
Dispatcher Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the live dispatch dashboard, managing booking requests.
- Provide top-tier phone and message support to customers looking to book or modify rides.
- Problem-solve logistics challenges on the fly (e.g., traffic delays, high-volume periods).
- Collaborate with the management team and drivers to ensure rides are on track.
Dispatcher Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable answering phone calls for ride booking and support.
- Previous experience in customer-facing employment roles preferred but not required.
- Reliable and detail-oriented.
- Able to work late on some weekend nights.

- Enticing Pay: Drivers make an hourly base pay, a commission for each ride they take, and keep all tips they make, resulting in high earning potential for committed drivers! Dispatchers get paid hourly, with the possibility of tips as well.
- Opportunity for Advancement and application of other skills: If you're talented in a skillset such as marketing, IT work, or accounting, you may have the chance to apply these skills to the team, earning extra pay as well.
- Transportation to and from the workplace can be provided for Dispatchers
Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour
