We are seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist who is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about helping children and families. This position offers the flexibility to build your caseload at your own pace, making it an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking to supplement an existing schedule or gradually grow into a larger role.
While this position will primarily serve pediatric clients, there are also opportunities to work with adult clients based on your experience, interests, and availability.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Write evaluation reports and maintain timely clinical documentation.
- Plan and provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions.
- Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, schools, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Client Population
You'll primarily work with children ages birth through young adulthood with a variety of communication needs (as well as adults based on experience) including:
- Speech sound disorders
- Language delays and disorders
- Autism spectrum disorder
- Social communication disorders
- Fluency disorders
- Feeding and swallowing disorders
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs
- Voice disorders
Work Setting
Therapy services are provided in a variety of settings throughout the Chicago area, including:
- Client homes
- Daycares and preschools
- Private schools
- Our clinic
- Teletherapy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable transportation
