Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption - Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders Qualifications: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices - Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques - Strong hospitality and customer service skills to provide an exceptional guest experience - Ability to upsell and promote drink specials to increase sales - Proficient in cash handling procedures, including making change accurately - Understanding of restaurant or retail math for inventory management and order tracking - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed. ```
