*Overview*
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our current and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Screen cases and conduct conflict checks
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage appointments, schedules, and calendars
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Process payments
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and care
*Experience*
- Previous experience in customer support or as a legal receptionist is preferred
- Experience with Caret Legal a plus
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent phone etiquette
- Organizational skills to manage calendars and files efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
