Position: Full-time Integrative Pediatric Nurse
Anticipated Start Date: June 2026
Overview: As a full-time pediatric integrative nurse, your role focuses on providing holistic, integrative care for pediatric patients in a clinical setting, blending conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies to support overall wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in pediatric nursing—particularly in primary care, urgent care, or specialized settings—and a passion for whole-child health.
Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with nurses expected to arrive by 8:30 AM and wrap up by 5:30 PM. This role is perfect for someone who values teamwork, wellness, and a balanced schedule in a mission-driven practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient check in- HT/WT/BP/HR; hearing and vision as needed
Finger stick CBC and vaccine administration with NCIR and SIMON updates
Assist with completing school and camp forms
Cleaning rooms/ toys
Triage sick calls and make appointments
Supplement support and education
Assist with lab orders- labcorp and specialty labs
Medical supply inventory
Vaccine inventory
LDA (Low Dose Allergen) Assistance; Responsible for assisting MA in scheduling, preparing, shipping and administering LDA to local patients as well as patients/clients who live out of state
Prior auth for prescriptions
Parenting sessions via zoom
Mindset appointments with new patients via zoom
Nurse onboarding zoom calls with new patients to discuss lab process
Willingness to participate in monthly live webinars
Assist with Holistic Baby Guide FB page to answer questions, do live videos, and create content
Assist with research and updating holistic guides and education
Open to learning alternative therapies and treatments
Flexibility and organization
Qualifications and Requirements:
Recent experience within the last 5 years as a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Additional certification in Integrative Nursing or Pediatric Nursing is desirable.
Preferred experience in pediatric nursing or in an integrative or holistic care setting.
Knowledge of both conventional medicine and various complementary therapies.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with pediatric patients and their families.
Compassion, empathy, and a child-friendly approach to care.
Ability to adapt to changing healthcare needs and integrate new evidence-based practices.
Knowledge of ethical and legal standards related to pediatric nursing.
Pay and Benefits:
Hourly rate $30-35/hr
