Position Summary:
Provide service to Bank customers by conducting transactions, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. In addition, through customer interactions, identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services with referrals to the Branch Platform.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service/ cash handling experience
- Windows proficiency
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to cross sell Bank products/services
- Provide high quality service to every customer
- Resolve customer inquiries i.e. interest rates, service charges, etc.
- Protect customer privacy and maintain confidentiality
- Process transactions daily i.e. deposits/withdrawals
- Determine proper funds availability
- Count and bag loose coins
- Redeem/issue U.S. Savings Bonds and cashier’s checks
- Service safe deposit box customer
- Buy/sell currency from the vault as necessary
- Balance teller drawer daily and perform end of day balancing
- Complete logs (CTR), (SARF), and (MIL)
- Balance ATM and load cash for ATM
- Regular and predictable attendance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
