Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Pack orders for pickup and delivery in an organized manner, utilizing refrigeration and freezers when necessary.
Contact customers regarding replacement options.
Assist customers with questions, suggestions, and complaints.
Report customer suggestions, comments, and complaints to Supervisor.
Maintain packing and order storage areas in sanitary and orderly condition, following established procedures. Clean up spills.
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations maintaining correct temperatures of hot or cold food products, according to CURFFL and HACCP.
Restock department supplies when needed. Report out-of-stocks to Supervisor.
Use department equipment safely and as intended. Advise Supervisor of equipment repair needs.
Carry out established opening and closing procedures.
