Overview
We run Retail outlets for Resort wear, Pool toys, and suntan lotion we work right by the pools in upscale Resorts.
Management position available now.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stock shelves and ensure product displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support during shifts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping environment.
- Proven sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail in stock management and product presentation.
- Basic cash handling skills with an understanding of point-of-sale systems.
