Responsibilities
- Secure financing through multiple lending partners.
- Present finance, protection, and aftermarket products in a professional, customer focused manner.
- Maintain lender and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and funded promptly.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Meet and exceed dealership F&I performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and lending partners.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive or powersports F&I experience preferred.
- Strong sales and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Lightspeed is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
