Are you driven by results and motivated to build a successful book of business? If so, consider joining the sales team in the office of Daniel Lempesis as a Sales Account Representative.
In this role, you’ll learn how to sell and retain insurance products while building strong customer relationships in the community. You will promote and recommend State Farm solutions—such as auto, home, life, and other insurance/financial products—using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
This is a sales opportunity within an agent’s office and provides valuable experience for those interested in future growth, including the possibility of becoming a State Farm agent.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop sales leads through outreach and follow-up to build a consistent pipeline.
- Schedule appointments and engage prospects using a needs-based, consultative approach.
- Educate customers on insurance options and help them select appropriate products based on their needs.
- Convert opportunities to policies by understanding customer priorities and presenting tailored recommendations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up, service coordination, and retention efforts.
- Consistently meet personal performance expectations with a daily commitment to success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Detail-oriented and organized with lead and follow-up processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
