Position Overview
As a Nurse Injector, you will be responsible for administering injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other advanced cosmetic injectables. You will partner with clients to understand their unique goals, design personalized treatment plans, and deliver results that enhance their natural beauty.
Key Responsibilities
- Injectable Treatments: Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables with precision, artistry, and safety.
- Client Consultations: Conduct detailed consultations to assess client goals, discuss options, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning: Create individualized treatment strategies to ensure natural, balanced, and satisfying results.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a sterile and safe environment, adhering to all regulations and industry best practices.
- Client Care: Deliver an exceptional client experience by addressing questions, ensuring comfort, and providing follow-up support.
- Documentation: Accurately maintain confidential treatment records, photos, and notes within the EMR system.
- Continuing Education: Stay up to date with the latest injectable techniques and aesthetic advancements through ongoing training.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the medspa team to promote a supportive, professional, and client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Active RN or NP license in Missouri.
- Prior experience with injectables (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for aesthetics, client care, and delivering natural results.
