Practice Director – Luxury Medical Aestics & WellnessLead an Established, High-Growth, Concierge-Level Practice
Dr. Amy Chow Rejuvenation Medspa is a premier medical aesthetics and wellness practice recognized for delivering exceptional patient outcomes, advanced treatments, and a luxury concierge experience. Our reputation has been built through clinical excellence, integrity, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to patient care.
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Practice Director to lead operations, drive growth, and help shape the future of a thriving, seven-figure practice.
This is not an entry-level management role. We are looking for a proven leader who has successfully managed a $1M+ medical aesthetics practice or luxury client-focused business, developed high-performing teams, driven revenue growth, and can demonstrate measurable operational success through metrics and results.
While experience in medical aesthetics is highly valued, we are equally interested in exceptional leaders from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, wellness, cosmetic dentistry, plastic surgery, concierge healthcare, and other premium client-facing industries. We can teach aesthetics. We cannot teach leadership, accountability, culture, and drive.
