The Role
As a Crew Member, you'll assist in delivering exceptional ocean adventures while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. You'll work closely with captains and fellow crew members to provide memorable experiences on the water.
This is an active, physical, outdoor position that requires comfort working in ocean conditions and interacting with guests throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests before, during, and after tours
- Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality
- Assist with vessel preparation, cleaning, and maintenance
- Help load and unload gear, equipment, and supplies
- Support onboard safety procedures and guest briefings
- Assist guests in and around the water as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism on vessels and at the harbor
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Based on Maui or planning to relocate
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and ocean conditions
- Strong swimming ability preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- CPR, First Aid, or Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Previous boating, marine, tourism, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
