Duties
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
- Guide guests through the menu and offer knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages, and manage guest needs efficiently
- Stay organized and multitask effectively during busy service periods
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Confidently manage slower shifts independently when needed
- Complete opening, closing, and daily side work duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service stations
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to the team each shiftExperience
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential
- Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills and guest relations expertise
- Knowledge of food safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food industry roles that involve guest interaction and hospitality skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: $17.89 - $27.45 per hour
