What You'll Do:
- Install aluminum and stainless railings, decks, canopies, and architectural metal features to exacting standards
- Perform meticulous final build measures on residential and commercial projects, ensuring precision fit and finish at every stage
- Execute high-precision residential railing installations where quality and attention to detail are non-negotiable
- Read and work from blueprints, shop drawings, and field measurements with confidence
- Use project management software (Procore, Buildertrend) to track and document jobs
- Safely work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
- Collaborate closely with field crews; Foreman and Superintendent opportunities available for the right candidate
Requirements:
- 5+ years in carpentry, framing, or commercial construction with journeyman-level skills
- Extensive framing background with a strong understanding of structural layout and dimensional tolerances
- Demonstrated ability to perform final build measures with a high degree of accuracy across residential and commercial scopes
- Blueprint and shop drawing proficiency (3+ years)
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend)
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan CRM or similar field service management platforms
- Expert-level use of construction tools and job-site equipment
- Exceptional measuring ability — fractions, decimals, and field math must be second nature Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with technology (iPhone, iPad, Office 365)
- Able to lift 50-100 lbs
- Safely work at heights up to 54 stories on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
- Highly dependable, detail-obsessed, and safety-minded
- Leadership or foreman experience a plus
