Job Overview
As a Ries Graphics Lead Pressman you will be in charge of running a KBA press. We will train on our specific equipment but substantial experience as a pressman is required. This is an integral part in our printing process, and we need the right person for the job. You’ll be the head of a two-man team to keep our press running smoothly and efficiently.
This position is full time, for our second shift from 2:00pm tp 10:00pm.

Pay will be based on your experience at the time of interview.

Requirements
· First Pressman Experience
· Must have an eye for color
· Read a ruler
· Do basic math/have basic math skills
· Lift a maximum of 50 pounds
· Stand and move around for duration of a shift
· Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical or print related issues
Responsibilities
· Read and understand job tickets, layouts, and stock slips
· Set up and make ready print jobs
· Maintain quality and color of print
· Monitor and record stock and ink usage
· Work closely with the 2nd pressman
· Follow routine maintenance and cleaning schedule
We will train you to operate a forklift / clamp truck!
