As a Greg's Kitchen & Taphouse Beertender you will be an advocate for the craft beverage community. We want a team that can interact with our guests and
help guide them to their perfect pint. With 75 taps to choose from, a lot of
guests will require someone who loves and appreciates good beer to help
guide them. Those who have extensive beer knowledge will certainly have
a leg up, but we are willing to train employees who are interested in
learning.
Requirements
- Must be able to Work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a server or bartender
- Must be 21
- Ability to interact professionally with other employees and management
- Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced
- environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent judgement and decision making abilities.
- Health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness; Staff member isrequired to obtain cards individually and provide proof of possession priorto first day of employment subject to local laws.demanding environment.Knowledge/Skills/Abilitiesthroughout your shift.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-energy, and physically
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Creating the perfect guest experiences
- Accurate cash handling
- Maintaining stock on package materials such as water and bombers
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar and restaurant at all times
- Clean and stock glassware quickly and properly
- Have fun!!!
- Be physically able to work up to an eight (8) hour day while on your feet
- Must be able to reach, bend, balance and carry large objects repeatedly
- Safely lift ten (10) to fifty (50) pounds
- Have good communication, written, math, and organizational skills
- Have a passion for the industry and the products we serve
