Job Description
Todd Wenzel Buick GMC is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Grand Rapids. As the first point of contact for dealership guests, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience and supporting our sales team.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate salesperson or department
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide general dealership information
- Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom reception area
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage customer traffic logs and dealership guest records
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Dependable with excellent attendance and work ethic
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or dealership experience preferred but not required

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Evenings and Saturdays as required
