Job Description:
As a Food Runner, you will play a key role in delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure each dish meets our standards and is served at the right time, contributing to a seamless and elevated dining experience.
Responsibilities:

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately

Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and match tickets before leaving the kitchen

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timing and table needs

Describe dishes to guests when delivering food, including key ingredients or preparation when appropriate

Assist servers by running food, clearing plates, and resetting tables as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and service areas

Monitor table progress and assist in maintaining proper pacing of service

Handle guest requests or communicate them to the appropriate team member

Support opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of service stations

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Positive attitude and willingness to support the team

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Professional appearance and demeanor

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
